A. POSITION REQUIREMENTS
1. Full-time / Part-time Sales Staff:
✔️ Energetic, friendly, good communication skills, and open to working late
✔️ Aged 18 – 25, passionate about customer service
✔️ In charge of sales, cashiering, and store cleanliness
✔️ Able to work shifts and travel within Ho Chi Minh City
✔️ Preferably available on weekends, during summer, holidays, and Tet
2. Store Manager
✔️ Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in F&B management
✔️ Able to work shifts and travel within Ho Chi Minh City
✔️ Strong in staff, inventory, and store operations management
✔️ Capable of training and mentoring team members
✔️ English communication skills are a plus
B. WORKING SCHEDULE
1. Full-time (Sales/Kitchen): Rotating 8-hour shifts
✔️ Workdays: Monday to Sunday (from 05:30 to 22:00)
✔️ Shift timing varies depending on store type (streetfront or mall)
✔️ Shifts are arranged based on staff preferences and store manager assignment
2. Part-time: Rotating shifts, 4 to 8 hours/day
✔️ Flexible work hours
✔️ Weekly shift registration available
C. COMPENSATION
1. Full-time Salary:
✔️ 6 – 7.5 million VND + meal allowance + KPI bonus
✔️ Double pay on public holidays and Tet
✔️ Participation in Social, Health, and Unemployment Insurance
✔️ 12 days of annual leave
✔️ Staff discounts
✔️ Annual salary review based on performance, attendance, and conduct
2. Part-time Salary:
✔️ 25,000 VND/hour + KPI bonus
✔️ Double pay on public holidays and Tet
✔️ Periodic salary reviews
3. Store Manager Salary:
👉 8 – 12 million VND/month
✔️ Double pay on public holidays and Tet
✔️ Participation in Social, Health, and Unemployment Insurance
✔️ 12 days of annual leave
✔️ Staff discounts
✔️ Annual salary review based on performance, attendance, and conduct
D. PROBATION PERIOD
✔️ Full-time staff: 2 months (85% salary)
✔️ Shift Leader/Manager: 2 months (85% salary)
